XCrace fast, All-Mountain plush. The AS-R 5 was a natural evolution of the AS-Rplatform. With the AS-R 5 Yeti created a bike with the tight handlingcharacteristics of a XC race bike and the plush suspension of an allmountain rig. At 5.5 lbs it’s light, lighter than many cross countryracing frames on the market today but you have the versatility to rideall mountain. The heart of the frame is the Active Suspension(A.S.)design, soaking up the rough stuff and transferring power from the pedalswithout energy loss.
